CALL FOR VENDOR PRESENTATIONS:

To Kick off the Trade Show at the 2023 Wisconsin State Fire Chiefs Association Annual Conference, we are offering our vendors an exciting and unique opportunity to share information about a product or service innovation that they are introducing at this year’s trade show.

Lunch will be serviced at the opening of the trade show (in the vendor area on the trade show floor). Immediately following lunch, product and service innovations will be shared in the presentation area of the show room. Vendors will be offered up to 5 minutes to present products and services that can be demonstrated or discussed in greater detail at the vendor’s booth. We are scheduling presentations in advance of the trade show - so that we can identify the total number of presentations and estimate the amount of time that will be required.

The following information will be needed in advance:

• Presenter’s Mobile Contact Information (to coordinate presentations and stay on schedule)
• PowerPoint (or equivalent PDF) slides – slides will be preloaded and we can make efficient use of presentation time.
• If applicable, any information you would like us to use as we introduce your presentation (approx. 15 – 30 second intro).

*The intent is to keep our attendees engaged on the trade show floor and to facilitate product/service interest (NOT to compete with other presentations during the opening hours of the trade show).
