President's Dinner - Saturday, June 24th

All Departments are encouraged to donate a Raffle Item/Basket for the Presidential Dinner!

The Annual Presidential Dinner on Saturday, June 24th will be held at the Kalahari Convention Center. The night will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a short Keynote Presentation from Juliann Ashcraft, a plated dinner, awards & raffle prizes!

*If you donate a raffle item, you will automatically receive 10 raffle tickets per item donated at the Presidential Dinner.*

Friday, June 23^rd, 2023

• 8:00am Opening Ceremony/Annual Meeting & Keynote Speaker: Gordon Graham
• 11:00am Break – All Spouses will head to the front door of the convention center to board the trolleys (there are two trolleys)
• You may bring beverages on the trolley
• 11:30am Lunch at Trappers Turn Golf Course
  • Cranberry Salad (w/ or w/o chicken)
  • Classic Cheeseburger
  • Trapper’s Cheeseburger
  • Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap (veg. option too)
  • Prime Rib Sliders
• Menu Options:
• Cash Bar available
• 12:30pm Board the trolley and head to Fawn Creek Winery
• Wine tasting included
• 2:00pm Board the trolley and head back to town to go to Bevy Brewery & Winery
• 1-2 drinks included (depending on what you get)
• Features a self-pour tap wall
• 3:00pm Head back to the Kalahari – the rest of the night is on your own!

• 10:45am Please arrive in Guava (room in the Convention Center) to find your seats/get situated
• 11:00am Charcuterie Workshop Begins
• 12:00pm Lunch will be served
• 1:00pm Wrap-Up
